Healing
Healing from God. God is our true healer. He heals all things. God wants us to believe and put all our trust in Him. Know that He is God and that He can do all things for those who believe, trust, and love Him. I know this because God Has done this in my Life. We know that Jesus said over and over again, "Your Faith has made you whole." Lets take a look at what faith is. The bible says that Faith comes by Hearing and Hearing by the Word of God. Know many people may people read this in the bible and think that Hearing comes by reading the bible. Reading the bible does help but check the intentions of your own heart. God sees the intentions of peoples hearts. He knows if their actions are self seeking or if they are truly sold out for him and are seeking first the Kingdom of Heaven and His righteousness or not.
Now that you Have that part understood. This is very important as well. In all the times Jesus ever healed any one the Holy Spirit in Him was at work. The Holy spirit was sent as a comforter. God's Holy Spirit speaks to us with a Still Small Voice. Hearing that voice and doing what it says is walking in the will of God. Now we do have to be very careful because there are other voices we hear. The ones that are of the flesh, carnally minded and we know carnality is enmity towards God. Carnality will get you nowhere. We are to walk according to the spirit and not after the flesh. This goes along with Romans Ch 8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." So let us be of one mind. Let us seek to have the mind of Christ and die to our carnal mind. That we rely not on our own understanding but on Him. So we cast all our cares on Him for He cares for us. Prayer is the way we talk to God so the more you Pray to Him the more you are talking to Him.
The prayers of a righteous man availith much. Know this that God hears the prayers of His children. So when you pray believe that you will receive the things that you have asked. One Prayer of Faith is more effective than any number of prayers done with doubt. This is a good verse.
(James 1:2-8) 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Lets take a look at this in closer detail. (Verse 2) We know that rejoicing in the Lord always is something the word of God says for us to do so we know that it means weather you are in a trial or struggle rejoice or if you are blessed rejoice. God does not like to hear grumbling and complaining. He inhabits the praises of his people so rejoice always and again I say rejoice. (Verse 3) We know that the trying of our faith worketh patience. Lets look for a second why the people of Israel wondered in the Desert for Forty years. It was only a forty day journey but they were there wondering for forty years. That is what grumbling and complaining gets you. So we can say this that we rejoice when the trying of our faith is at hand because we are able to work on our patience. (Verse 4) Now if patience is to have her perfect work we will be content wanting nothing but relying on knowledge that God Loves us and will never leave or forsake us. (Verse 5) This is awesome guys. "If any of you lack wisdom, " Lets take a look at wisdom. What is the beginning of all wisdom?The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom. A reverent respect and love of God is great wisdom. Let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. Wow That is a powerful promise guys. " I'm Lovin It". So when you ask God for something know that He has heard you. (Verse 6) Asking in faith is simple. God likes to keep things simple man will take and twist it all around and make it crazy but God keeps things simple. He said come as a child. When a child ask mom or dad for food they know that they are going to get food. We must ask of God in the same way not doubting knowing that the devil is the one that is a deceiver and is there to jump right in as soon as we are willing to turn to reason and to start doubting God's sovereign might, ability, and power over all things. I just love that word Majesty. So when we doubt we are allowing the devil to continue to torment us with whatever trial or thing we are praying for. So once you have prayed to God for what ever it is you are praying for Thank Him for hearing your prayers. Also know that God knows your need before you ask Him. It is a good thing to memorize the Lords Prayer. It is a good reference to look to when we are praying. The Lords prayer is in (Matthew Ch 6:9-13). (Verse 7) When we doubt we are figuratively saying "God you can not do this. " (Verse 8) The double minded are luke warm. They have things and desires they want of this world. Their hearts are not looking to be sold out to their Father in Heaven.
This is my testimony of Healing that the Father has given me. I was living out of the will of God and He who chastises the ones he loves allowed the devil to come and torment me. I had become very sick and ill. I had gotten some kind of internal digestive bad bacteria in my colon. Well all said and done I had become severely allergic to both gluten and lactose products. And for two years I had stayed allergic. Till one day after seeking Him first and reading in The Word Daily and praying continually for guidance and for those around me. On a Tuesday while going through the buffet line in the employee dining room the Lord spoke to me with His still small voice in my head and said " Gary if you are going to be healed you need to trust in me". So I had checked the voice with the word of God that He had put in my heart and it all check out good. Rely not on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths strait. So I put all my trust in Him and ate some breaded chicken in faith and praying over the meal first. If I would have done this on my own with out hearing from Him it would have been testing God and that is not The way to get healed. So after eating the breaded chicken I had no bad symptoms like I did before. I am completely healed of my allergies to both gluten and lactose and, I give all the praise to God and thank Him for His continuous steadfast love that He gives daily.
Well I hope this will help with your walk with the Father in Heaven. Continue to seek Him with a whole heart and listen for that still small voice. Pray to Him in the morning and night and give thanks to Him always in all things. Read your bible regularly and pray for the anointing of the Holy Spirit before you do read. Above all make Jesus Christ Lord of your Life. Make Him your Savior and Friend. Ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit. He will gladly give it to you. Remember Jesus Loves you.
