Courageous men of God
Courageous men of God are those who do the will of God and continue to do so no matter what the cost. Have you ever wondered what you’re here for? What your
purpose is being a man and why you get put in situations that don’t seem very
helpful to you at the time! Have you ever asked yourself am I a courageous man
of God? Or am I the kind of man that just accepts things how the world gives it
to me. And that’s good enough. A man of God is going to provide and keep his family held in high regard at all times. Now there are some scriptures that are good to go to for advice in this area. (1 Thessalonians Ch 4:9-12)
The difference between the Courageous man of God and the man that just accepts things how they are is? The Courageous man of God works to transform and influence the world through the use of the Holy Spirit given to him by his Father in heaven. And the man that just accepts things how the world gives them is changed by the world. "Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit Says the Lord."
We were made to be spiritual Super Hero's. God has a divine will for all and to fulfill his will in our lives we need to love one another. We are not to look at what is behind us but to push forward toward the calling God has for us.
Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. Only let us live up to what we have already attained. (Philippians Ch 3:12-16 NIV)
