Humility is a word we do not normally focus on as we live out our daily lives. People have a natural tendency to be selfish and do what we can to better ourselves. But the bible has a different take on how we should act. One another is a big deal with humility. The bible tells us to Love one another, honor one another, help one another, forgive one another, pray for one another, give to one another, Treat one another as you would like to be treated. A man can not humble himself unless he puts God first. The First Commandment is to Love the Lord thy God with all thy Heart, with all thy soul, with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. If we really do this commandment then we will also love our neighbor as ourselves. Humble thyself in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up. "Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Mat 18:4 KJV)
